Candidates can  Upload filled self declaration form Through Kerala PSC One Time Registration Profile.Before uploading filled self declaration form, to ensure  Image Should be in JPEG Format and of maximum size 100KB. Image must have at least 500x500 (Width and Height) resolution. For Uploading Kerala PSC self declaration form using following steps.

Step 1 :-  Log Into Your Kerala PSC Profile with Your User Name and Password and Click on Profile

Step 2 :- In My Kerala PSC Profile Page Scroll to Down Click on General Certificate

Step 3 :- In My Kerala PSC Profile Page  Click add 

Step 4 :- In My Kerala PSC Profile Page fill self declaration details and submit save 

Step 5 :- In My Kerala PSC  Profile Page Scroll to Down Click on Scanned Documents 

Step 6 :- In My Kerala PSC Profile Page Scroll to Down Click on Additional Declaration and Upload your declaration image
